  4. Overnight mask. Gently massage hemp oil onto cleansed face before bedtime.
  5. Facial steam. Massage a small amount of hemp oil onto dry, cleansed face and massage for a few minutes. Lay a hot damp washcloth over the face and let it sit for some time until the cloth gets cold.
  6. Hair conditioner. Before applying shampoo, massage some hemp oil onto the scalp. Let it sit for 10 minutes and shampoo hair as normal.
  7. Acne treatment. Massage hemp oil into affected areas every day during breakouts. The oil draws out sebum plugs that cause blackheads, whiteheads and cysts,
